Dr Rica Viljoen
Director
Rica is a Master
HR Practitioner. She expanded her research and consulting
business to the academic world, after spending more than a decade
as an international researcher and strategic HR practitioner. She
has facilitated and trained in a broad spectrum of industries both
locally and internationally. These industries include health,
mining, engineering and banking. She has completed her Doctorate
in Business Leadership in the field of organisational
transformation and received numerous awards for her research
excellence especially on qualitative methodologies such as
grounded theory, phenomenology and storytelling.
She feels privileged to fulfill her life’s purpose by doing
research in Africa and contributing to Women Leadership
Development across boundaries. |

Dr Beverley Peens
Beverley is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist specialising in the
fields of Organisational Change and Development and Wellbeing. She
completed a Bachelors, Honours, Masters and Ph.D in Clinical
Psychology at the University of the Free State and practiced as a
Clinical Psychologist in Bloemfontein for 10 years while lecturing
and supervising post graduate students in the field during this
time. She also worked as a specialist consultant in the UK for a
year. From 2000, she became involved in a broad spectrum of
transformational initiatives and interventions in a variety of
organisations both nationally and internationally and presently is
a director and co-owner of Mandala Consulting. Her focus
currently is on Organisational Development Process consultation,
Transformational Stretch initiatives, Climate and Culture study
research, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching and
consulting on sustainable Wellness initiatives within
organisations. |

Lindiwe Tukane
Holding two Master degrees, Lindiwe is a specialist Community
Development and Corporate Social Investment practitioner,
facilitator and coach. Focusing on NGO’s and Community-Based
Organisations facilitating entrepreneurship development, woman
leadership development programs and synergy workshops.

Marius Joubert
I have 19 years of experience in projects and training
interventions specifically focussing on leveraging financial
performance, and was previously the General Manager: Finance and
Business Academy in Absa. I have presented numerous financial and
business skills training programmes during the past 4 years,
specifically focussing on Decision Support, Top talent
development, Leveraging Financial Performance and Personal
Finance. I have also managed various consulting/ project teams
focussing on financial turn-around projects. I have assisted
various businesses to achieve the following financial turn-arounds:
Increased profitability by R120 million in 1 year, increased value
of sales by R74 million in 6 months and helped a school to
increase the cash in the bank by R600k in 12 months.

Loraine Laubscher
Formerly Director Spiral Dynamics CC; Managing Director of SA
Value Circles (Pty) Ltd; Associate of National Value Center –
Texas; Principal of National Value Center South Africa And was
First Recipient: Clare Graves Integral Award (Dallas, 2000)Loraine
is one of the most experienced users of Spiral Dynamics globally.
She is renowned for her ability to apply Spiral Dynamics
practically and with lasting results.
Her easy and accessible communication style enable her to share
sound and practical problem-solving-, thinking- and conflict
resolution skills with employees at all levels in the
organisation. Her research interests include effective work place
forums, diversity management, personnel and organisational change.
As a consultant, Loraine has a background in thinking skills and
problem solving training, marketing information research, sales
training with specialisation in exhibition selling, tele-prospecting,
sales management of both wholesale and retail organisations, as
well as the management of changing people’s outlook and
identifying organisation structures that will work. She has
delivered papers at conferences in the United States of America
and Brazil on Value Circles as an accelerated learning method |

Elmien has a LLB degree from UP and is since 2005 a practising
Advocate and member of the Jhb Bar. She is, by virtue of her
profession, skilled in communication, inter-personal relations,
negotiation, solicitation, problem solving and time management.

Moses is a qualified facilitator assessor and moderator with more
than nine years experience in the field of corporate learning.
His forte is call centre development; inter personal skills
development and business communication. He is a well respected
facilitator who is innovative and creative in the learning
environment to always ensure a good learning spirit within the

Treaty's passion lies in talent management and development. With
over 10 years experience in the skills development arena, she has
enjoyed extensive International exposure in the advancement of
skills. As former DCEO of the SSETA, Treaty has a full
understanding of the National Skills Development Startegy and all
supporting legislative requirements. Her work experience ranges
from labour recruitment practitioner, workplace coach and mentor
to implementing Organisational Growth strategies. Treaty is
currently busy with her Masters Degree through the Da Vinci
Institute. |

Johan Poolman
Johan is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 24 years
experience in managing a number of technology companies, both
locally and abroad, in fields as diverse as business analysis, IT
systems integration and entertainment robotic product development.
His hands-on managerial exposure, together with his 10-year
experience as training officer in the SA Infantry Corps, prepared
and equipped him as a dynamic and inspirational facilitator and
developer of a number of management and leadership training
programs. |

people within complex knowledge management systems. Colin has
actively developed and facilitated emotional, social, leadership

innovation and integrated business systems and demonstrates the
ability to facilitate teams in the corporate workplace to enrich
unique communities of experts. |
